Our refund and cancellation policies
1. Overview
At C Logic Factory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our refund procedures for different products and services.
We understand that circumstances change, and we aim to be fair and reasonable in handling refund requests while protecting against abuse of our digital products.
2. Setup Center Subscriptions
2.1 Refund Eligibility

2.2 Reasoning
Setup Center provides access to trading signals and educational content that is delivered immediately upon subscription. Once you've accessed signals or group content, the service has been provided and cannot be "returned."
The 48-hour window allows you to evaluate whether the service meets your expectations before committing.
2.3 Exclusions
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions purchased during promotional periods (unless stated otherwise)
- Gift subscriptions (refund goes to purchaser, not recipient)
- Subscriptions where significant content has been accessed
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
3. Commando Suite (EA Licenses)
3.1 Refund Eligibility

3.2 License Activation
Once you activate your license on MT5, you have received the digital product. Our software is designed to be evaluated on demo accounts before activation on live accounts. Please ensure the product meets your needs before activating.
3.3 Technical Issues
If you experience genuine technical issues with our software that we cannot resolve:
- Contact our support team first
- Allow us reasonable time to troubleshoot (typically 48-72 hours)
- If we cannot resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund
Note: Issues caused by incorrect setup, incompatible brokers, or user error are not grounds for refund. We provide setup support to help resolve these issues.
3.4 Upgrades
If you upgrade from one Commando product to another (e.g., MS to AT), the original purchase is applied as credit. Upgrade purchases are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund

- Include your order number or account email
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Provide any relevant details (screenshots, error messages)
4.2 Review Timeline
- We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours
- Review and decision within 3-5 business days
- If additional information is needed, we'll contact you
4.3 Refund Method
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
- Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer
5. Subscription Cancellation
5.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Your account settings (Dashboard → Settings)

5.2 Effect of Cancellation
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access until the end of the paid period
- No partial refunds for unused time
- You can re-subscribe at any time
5.3 Preventing Auto-Renewal
To prevent being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. You can check your renewal date in your account settings.
6. Payment Disputes
6.1 Contact Us First
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company.We are committed to resolving issues fairly and can often process refunds faster than the dispute process.
6.2 Chargeback Policy
- Filing a chargeback will result in immediate account suspension
- We will provide evidence to contest fraudulent chargebacks
- Accounts with confirmed fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned
7. Special Circumstances
7.1 Promotional Purchases
Products purchased during sales or with discount codes may have different refund terms. These will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
7.2 Bundle Purchases
If you purchased a bundle and request a partial refund, the refund amount will be calculated based on the individual item prices, not the discounted bundle price.
7.3 Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds outside these guidelines in exceptional circumstances (e.g., documented medical emergencies, death in family). These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
8. Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or future service to users who abuse our refund policy, including but not limited to:
- Repeatedly purchasing and requesting refunds
- Using content or software and then requesting refunds
- Making false claims to obtain refunds
- Filing fraudulent chargebacks
9. Policy Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will not affect refund requests for purchases made before the change. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
