To update your profile:
Your display name is visible to other users in group chats and leaderboards. Choose something recognizable but appropriate.
Upload a profile picture to personalize your account:
Add a short bio to tell others about yourself. This is especially important for leaders as it appears on your group profile.
Your email is used for account recovery, notifications, and important communications. To change your email:
Adding a phone number enables SMS notifications and improves account security for recovery.
Set your timezone for accurate display of setup times, calendar events, and notifications.
Select your preferred language for the interface. Currently supported:
Choose how prices are displayed throughout the platform (USD, EUR, GBP, etc.). Note: All payments are processed in USD.
Control how and when you receive notifications:
Set hours during which non-critical notifications are silenced. Critical alerts (like security warnings) will still come through.
View and manage any social accounts connected to your C Logic Factory profile:
Request a copy of all your data including profile info, trading history, and activity logs. Processing typically takes 24-48 hours.
If you wish to delete your account, you can initiate the process from settings. Note:
Remember to click Save Changes after updating any settings. Some changes (like email) require additional verification before taking effect.
