Common Login Issues
Incorrect Password
If you're seeing "Invalid credentials" or "Wrong password":
- Check for typos (passwords are case-sensitive)
- Ensure Caps Lock is off
- Try typing the password in a text editor first to verify
- Use the Forgot Password link to reset
Forgot Password
To reset your password:
- Click Forgot Password on the login page
- Enter the email associated with your account
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for reset email
- Click the reset link (expires in 1 hour)
- Create a new password
- Log in with your new password
Tip: If you don't receive the reset email within 5 minutes, check your spam/junk folder. Add noreply@clogicfactory.space to your contacts.
Account Locked
After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked for security.
- Wait 15-30 minutes before trying again
- Use password reset if you can't remember credentials
- Contact support if lock persists
Two-Factor Authentication Issues
If you have 2FA enabled but can't get the code:
Authenticator App Not Working
- Ensure your phone's time is synced automatically
- Time drift causes codes to be invalid
- Try waiting for the next code cycle (30 seconds)
Lost Access to Authenticator
- Use one of your backup codes
- If no backup codes, contact support for account recovery
- You'll need to verify your identity
Email Not Recognized
If we say the email doesn't exist:
- Check for typos in the email address
- Try other email addresses you might have used
- You may have signed up with Google (try "Sign in with Google")
- The account may have been deleted
Browser Issues
Page Not Loading
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try an incognito/private window
- Try a different browser
- Disable browser extensions temporarily
Stuck on Loading
- Check your internet connection
- Refresh the page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R)
- Clear cache for this site specifically
"Session Expired" Errors
- Sessions expire after periods of inactivity
- Simply log in again
- Enable "Remember me" for longer sessions
Google Sign-In Issues
Google Button Not Working
- Ensure pop-ups are allowed for our site
- Disable ad blockers temporarily
- Try using email/password login instead
Wrong Google Account
- Sign out of Google first
- Click "Sign in with Google"
- Select the correct account
- Or use email/password if you set one up
Account Recovery
If you can't access your account through normal means:
- Go to our Contact page
- Select "Account Recovery" as subject
- Provide:
- Email address used for the account
- Approximate date you created the account
- Any subscription or purchase details you remember
- Our team will verify your identity and assist
Security Concerns
If you suspect unauthorized access:
