Payment Security
How We Protect Your Data
- PCI Compliance: We use Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified processor
- Encryption: All payment data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- No Card Storage: We never store your full card number - only a secure token
- 3D Secure: Additional verification for supported cards
What We See
For your security, we only have access to:
- Last 4 digits of card number
- Card brand (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Expiration month/year
- Billing address
Automatic Payments
How Recurring Billing Works
- Subscriptions automatically charge your default payment method
- Charges occur on your billing date (monthly/quarterly/annually)
- You'll receive email receipts for each payment
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We'll notify you via email
- We'll retry the payment after a few days
- Update your payment method to avoid service interruption
- After multiple failures, subscriptions may be paused
Billing Address
Your billing address should match what your card issuer has on file. Mismatches may cause payment failures.
- Use the address on your card statement
- Include apartment/unit numbers if applicable
- Ensure postal/ZIP code is correct
Currency
All prices and charges are in USD (US Dollars). If you're using a card in a different currency, your bank will convert at their exchange rate. You may see a foreign transaction fee depending on your bank.
