Viewing Your Subscriptions
To see all your active subscriptions:
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click on Subscriptions or navigate to Settings → Subscriptions
- View all active, paused, and expired subscriptions
Subscription Details
For each subscription, you can see:
- Group name and leader
- Current plan (monthly/quarterly/annual)
- Subscription start date
- Next billing date
- Price and billing history
- Status (active, cancelled, expired)
Upgrading Your Plan
Switch to a longer billing cycle to save money:
- Go to your subscription details
- Click Change Plan
- Select your new billing cycle
- The price difference will be prorated
- Confirm the upgrade
Tip: Annual plans typically save 20-30% compared to monthly billing.
Cancelling a Subscription
If you need to cancel:
- Go to your subscription details
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Select a reason (optional, helps leaders improve)
- Confirm cancellation
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- You won't be charged again
- You can resubscribe anytime
- Your chat history remains accessible until expiration
Pausing a Subscription
Some groups allow subscription pausing. If available:
- Go to subscription details
- Click Pause Subscription
- Select pause duration (if options available)
- Confirm
During a pause, you won't have access to new setups or chat, but you won't be charged either. Your subscription resumes automatically after the pause period.
Reactivating a Subscription
To resubscribe to a group you previously cancelled:
- Go to the group's page in Setup Center
- Click Resubscribe
- Choose your plan
- Complete payment
Payment Issues
If your payment fails:
- We'll notify you via email
- You have a grace period to update payment details
- Update your payment method in Settings → Billing
- If not resolved, the subscription will be paused/cancelled
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on several factors. Please review ourRefund Policy for details. Generally:
- First-time subscriptions may be eligible within 48 hours
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
- Contact support for refund requests
