CLogicFactory offers a 30-day conditional money-back guarantee on all Expert Advisor purchases. This policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting against fraud and abuse of our digital products.

1. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Product Activated: Once the EA has been activated on any trading account (live or demo)
  • After 30 Days: Requests made after the 30-day period from purchase date
  • Trading Losses: Losses incurred from trading, regardless of EA performance
  • Market Conditions: Poor performance due to adverse market conditions
  • User Error: Issues arising from incorrect installation, configuration, or usage
  • Broker Incompatibility: If minimum broker requirements were clearly stated and not met
  • Changed Mind: Simple change of mind or no longer needing the product
  • Violation of Terms: Any violation of our Terms of Service or License Agreement

3. Important Notice About Digital Products

4. How to Request a Refund

  4. Wait for Review: Allow 5-7 business days for review and processing

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer

  • Your license will be immediately deactivated

6. Partial Refunds

7. Chargebacks

Refunded customers will lose access to:
